Restorative Yoga – This 90 min. class will be the perfect way to get your body and mind ready for the work week ahead. We will start class in a meditation to tap into your breath, body, mind and emotions. Moving into some small movements to warm up your muscles. Then we will move into several postures that will be held for several minutes. These poses will unlock different muscles as well as different emotions that you may not encounter on a day to day basis. We will end class with a facial massage and a savasana that will send you into the week feeling fully refreshed.
