Sunday Morning Mixed Level Vin/Yin – Even more satisfying than pancakes, this 75-minute class will start with a few moments meditation, followed by building gentle Vinyasa flows and exploring the connection among breath, balance, and physical and mental endurance. We’ll finish by transitioning to a Yin emphasis, holding postures for deeper stretch and healing (plus, of course, Savanasa). It’s the perfect combination of awakening and restoration that every Sunday morning should bring.
