All are welcome to this 60 minute, multi-level flow class. Suitable to all students, plan on a moving meditation with a mid level workout and leaving with a clear head and more room to breathe.
This class is temporarily on hold until it is safe to be in studio again. We will let you know just as soon as this class is available again.
In a Kids Club session, we will learn breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation techniques, journaling, we will dance and sing. We will also learn different poses (asanas), the stories behind the poses and how to move into them safely in an age appropriate way.
Our own yoga practice will only benefit from our kids learning about it in their own space. If they have more knowledge and mindfulness about it, they will respect it more, and start to develop their own practice.
This 45 min. class, taught by Stephanie, is for ages 4-9. It is taught in 5 week sessions and requires preregistration.
Please bring your children to class in clothing that is comfortable and that they can move and stretch in. Please come to the first session a little early to finish the registration process.
This class is all about Sunday Self Care and the perfect way to wrap up your weekend and start a new week. Suitable for all levels you will hold poses for 3-5 minutes seated or lying down. This class is all about restoration and will leave you feeling fresh and renewed and ready for the week ahead.

This 60 minute class is for yogis of all levels. People who are just starting a yoga practice as well as seasoned practitioners will love this class. Pete is a funny, thoughtful and sincere teacher with an incredible amount of knowledge about functional movement and all things yoga. You will be in good hands with Pete.
This is a 60 min. class is a favorite of YOGA Gardeners. Suitable for all levels plan on breaking down poses, getting a great workout and leaving with a deeper understanding of the mechanics of the poses and how to apply them to your yoga practice and life outside the yoga studio. Oh, and we laugh and have a ton of fun!
