A 1:1 Private Session is a fantastic way to get individual attention! Laurel will work with you to tailor a sequence specific to your needs, whether it be to align yourself optimally in specific poses, to work on learning how to practice safely to prevent injury or toward poses that elude you. She is known as a teachers teacher, is a great listener and loves to see people progress off their mat in real life as they learn to align themselves on their mat in the studio.
YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Deepen your yoga teaching by adding Yin Yoga to your repertoire. Balancing out
the Yang (active) side of the yoga practice, and life in general, Yin (passive) yoga
is a subtle yet complex practice that addresses the fascia of the body with long
holds. In this comprehensive 21-hour training, students will learn about the
meridians of the body affected by Yin postures, the yoga and Taoist philosophy
steeped in the Yin tradition, how to sequence and teach a Yin practice, how to
skillfully hold space for a quieter, more restorative practice, as well as how to
best assist students of all levels and backgrounds individually. This training is
recommended for teachers who have completed their 200-hour teacher training
in any lineage, or are currently in the process of completing a 200-hour training.
Qualifies for Yoga-Alliance approved Continuing Education Credits.

“Yin Teacher Training was the perfect combination of philosophy, practice,

The window is open and there is lots of sunshine and fresh air in the garden. The plant wall is growing like crazy and we have a new tree to keep us connected to nature this spring. The studio is the perfect place for a night of rest, relaxation and connection to our peaceful inner vibes. We are so excited to be hosting our sound bath series with Carrie Nelson.

This class is temporarily on hold until it is safe to be in studio again. We will let you know just as soon as this class is available again.
In a Kids Club session, we will learn breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation techniques, journaling, we will dance and sing. We will also learn different poses (asanas), the stories behind the poses and how to move into them safely in an age appropriate way.
Our own yoga practice will only benefit from our kids learning about it in their own space. If they have more knowledge and mindfulness about it, they will respect it more, and start to develop their own practice.
This 45 min. class, taught by Stephanie, is for ages 4-9. It is taught in 5 week sessions and requires preregistration.
